ABOUT ME

Auto Biography

I was born at night in July in Stung Treng, Cambodia. I still live in Stung Treng, Cambodia, and I go to school at Royal Crusade High School. I live with my mom, Chhorvann; my 3 brothers, Sothea; Angkearith; and Raksmey. When I was born, my had just moved to live in Stung Treng, Cambodia. My parents divorced since I was ten. Life became harder and harder, as my mum had to feed four children in the family. But I wasn't hopeless. I help my mum for a small business in the market. My mum owned a store in Stung Treng market. She sold all kinds of grocery and some dried fish, some eggs, some sausages and all kind of plastic bag.

I helped her in the sale and prepare it back home. more over I used to carried bread to sell around the market. I never went to school on time, always late but my teacher never blamed me as he knew about my background. I never spent much there was only two hundred riel in my pocket. and I would spent it for the the first break time, one hundred riel for a pie of bread with some milk on it and other hundred for a plastic of black ice coffee.

I stated learn to cook since I was eight. the first cook was rice. and food later till I was twelve years old.

Who I am in life.

My name is Sovichea Cheth. I started school when I was six-years-old. I went to Anouvoat Primary School. and while I was there, I won an award for honor for every years. Then I attended Hun Sen Stung Treng High School for six years, and I failed my final exam of grade twelve. I made my mum cried of me. Then I start to restudy in Royal Crusade High School in 2010 and my final exam I got rank "D".

What life means to me.

Life to me means friends and family who you can trust and who trusts you. I am pretty much on the happy side of life, but like all teens I do I have my "days of." That means I do have some sad days or depressed days. I have a few friends here that sort of look out for me and when I am having a bad day, I have someone here at school to talk to. I make my school days go by thinking of either the next hour or what I will do when I get home or on the weekend. I'm not seeing anyone now.

What's my outlook on the future.

The year 2020 will make six years since I graduated from university. I think I will probably be still living here in Stung Treng. I will be quite comfortable with my living situation.

Conclusion As I said in the beginning, I was born here in Cambodia and I've lived here my whole life. I would like to see more of the USA but unfortunately, I don't have any money to leave Cambodia to go anywhere right now. I hope you have enjoyed reading my life story as much as I have enjoyed writing it for you. Try to get as much as you can out of school; you're only there for twelve years and when you graduate, you're home free. Here's a tip for you to live or try to live by: If you think it, it can be done.
